My zirconia crown is not tooth-shaped. Is that a normal thing?

My crown is not normal looking. I find the crown’s top appearance flat compared to other teeth. It appears to lack grooves or have raised cusps. This is normal? It will affect chewing or grinding ability. It will it have any adverse effects?

Thank you.
