Periodontal Disease at 19 years old

Hi everyone! I am 19 years old (F) and was diagnosed with periodontal diseases back in the days before the pandemic. I’m very discouraged by the situation and would like your feedback on my xrays. What is the extent of my bone loss? Braces are currently being used to close the black triangles on my teeth. Although I’m embarrassed, this issue drives me to go into the dental profession to help others who are suffering from the same condition. These pictures were taken several months before I began my orthodontic treatment. Let me know your thoughts. I was born without any central incisors at the bottom. They did a “canine substitute” in 4th grade, if that’s the right term.
